INTRODUCING: THE AFTER SALES & SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT VB-AIRSUSPENSION

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. That's why we have an After Sales & Service department ready to answer any questions you may have about your purchase and to help you resolve any problems, faults or complaints. Our After Sales & Service team act as technical support for our partners and dealers when identifying faults and solving installation problems. They also offer software support to our partners and dealers through our Software Maintenance Tool. The Software Maintenance Tool (SMT) is a computer program that, in combination with a special cable, can carry out service tasks and update your air suspension software remotely over the internet. The After Sales & Service department also deals with returns and warranty issues and picks and sends out spare parts.

Role: After Sales and Service team member

There's a good chance you'll speak to Carlo on the phone if you ring up the After Sales & Service department. Carlo is the first point of contact for customers, partners and dealers for technical questions, SMT support, faults or complaints.

Martijn te Winkel
Role: After Sales and Service team member

Martijn is the second point of contact for customers, partners and dealers for technical questions, SMT support, faults or complaints. He also deals with returns and warranty issues.

Rick Nijland
Role: After Sales and Service team member and sales support

For spare parts requests and queries, Rick is the one to talk to. Like Martijn, he also works as a second point of contact for customers, partners and dealers for technical questions, SMT support, faults or complaints. He also supports the sales department by acting in an administrative role processing sales orders.
