Recently you may have read, either in our E-News or on our website, that VB-Airsuspension is in the process of implementing a new ERP and CRM system. VB-Airsuspension has begun to outgrow the old system and we have decided that the time has come to move to something bigger. Following year-long in-depth preparations, VB-Airsuspension has now identified a suitable successor in the Microsoft Dynamics AX application.
Many of our team have been working since February to ensure that all of the necessary preparations are in place for the new system and one or two of our employees in each department have been working on the implementation of the new system on an almost daily basis.
As you will no doubt appreciate, this additional work has increased the pressure on us, but we continue to do our utmost to ensure that you, our VB-Partner, receive a consistently high level of service. However, you may notice that it takes slightly longer to receive a reply from VB-Airsuspension.
Microsoft Dynamics AX will go live on 1 December 2014.
VB-Airsuspension is therefore embarking on a very busy period during which we will be conducting an inventory of our current stocks and products. Here is what this will mean for you:
We therefore recommended ordering parts and kits as soon as possible.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding!
As the new system goes live, there may be problems with SMT. If you should encounter problems, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can assist you.
We are hopeful that everything will go to plan, but as with the introduction of any new system, it is important to anticipate the unexpected. VB-Airsuspension will do everything possible to ensure that the transition is as seamless as possible.
We would also like to take this opportunity to update you on our end-of-year closing. As you have read above, VB-Airsuspension will be closing its warehouse for a week in order to perform an inventory. At the very end of the year, VB-Airsuspension will be closing for a further two weeks for the Christmas holiday period.
This may affect orders of kits and parts:
We hope that this letter has given you the information you need to remain up-to-date on the major changes taking place at VB-Airsuspension, and we would like to thank you for your patience should something not go to plan.
We will write to you again shortly to update you on changes that will be introduced to documents and procedures as a consequence of the new system.
