Time for Two!

VB-Airsuspension UK is celebrating two notable achievements. Upon awarding first prize at the annual Motor Caravan Design and Drive competition to the Bentley Indigo Motorhome, the Caravan Club of Great Britain declared VB-Airsuspension (which was fitted to the motorhome) as; "A wonderful suspension setup that delivers a softer more comfortable ride."

 Within days of receiving this accolade, VB-Airsuspension UK was commissioned to supply 80 air-suspension kits to a UK ambulance authority.

Oliver Drinkwater, Managing Director said, "We were delighted to receive the news from the Caravan Club about the quality of our air suspension. In the current climate all businesses have to work much harder and smarter if they are to grow. And so at the beginning of 2011 we embarked on a robust marketing campaign with the aim of carrying the message about the quality and the many benefits of our air suspension systems right into the heart of the decision makers and influencers in the sectors in which we have experience and expertise. This included the motorhome and ambulance sector. I'm really pleased that this sustained effort is now bringing results."

We are now implementing an advanced accreditation programme for VB UK dealers with the aim of driving up standards even higher at all stages of the delivery process. Running alongside this we are looking to bring more dealers into the VB family. It's my personal mission that in the next three years we will have established a dealer accreditation and quality assurance standard that has become adopted as the industry norm."

VB-Airsuspension was founded in the netherlands in 1993 by Iginio Voorhorst and Eric Bruil, developing air suspension for light commercial vehicles. The kits fit simply and easily without having to cut, weld or change the existing chassis. One of the market leading air suspension manufacturers in Europe, they work in partnership with all the major manufacturers including Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Volkswagen, Iveco, Renault and Vauxhall providing kits for line fitment as well as for sale in the aftermarket.

VB UK was founded in 2006 by commercial vehicle chassis engineering specialist Oliver Drinkwater to look after the UK and Ireland and to establish a UK wide VB accredited dealer network.
